Menzies Aviation completes largest integration in its history and strengthens U.S market leadership
27 August 2026, LONDON: Menzies Aviation, the world’s leading aviation services partner, has completed the integration of G2 Secure Staff in under 12 months, creating a unified North American business with more than 12,500 former G2 colleagues fully integrated into its systems, operating processes and brand.
The integration programme was the largest in Menzies’ history and followed the $305 million acquisition of G2 Secure Staff in August 2025. The deal doubled Menzies’ U.S. footprint and established the company as the largest independent aviation services provider in the United States by airports served. The deal increased Menzies’ annual revenue to $3 billion in 2025.

Hassan El-Houry, Chief Executive Officer, Menzies Aviation said: “Against a backdrop of continued consolidation across the aviation services industry, airlines and airports are increasingly looking for partners with scale, consistency and integrated services to support their operations across multiple markets. The successful integration of G2 enhances our ability to meet that demand and strengthens our position in the world’s largest aviation market. We remain highly confident in the long-term growth of the U.S. economy and aviation sector and will continue investing in our people, capabilities and customer partnerships to support that growth.”
The integration created a combined 20,000-strong U.S. workforce, which provides ground handling, air cargo and fuel services at 108 airports across the country. It also resulted in Menzies adding 70 new partners to its U.S. customer base and winning significant new business including cabin cleaning and Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) contracts – expanding Menzies’ service offering.
G2 colleagues and operations at 85 airports moved to the Menzies Aviation brand, including uniform and Ground Service Equipment (GSE), and safety and security, IT and HR systems, policies and procedures. An integrated deicing programme has raised standards at 25 airports, PRM inspections were developed and implemented and nearly 150 management staff went through risk induction while a further 440 G2 trainers went through formal qualification to meet Menzies’ requirements.
The successful integration was overseen by John Redmond, Executive Vice President Americas, who has led the region throughout a period of significant growth. He was supported by a combined Menzies and G2 leadership team that ensured continuity for employees, customers and partners.
John Redmond, Executive Vice President Americas, Menzies Aviation said: “The completion of this integration in less than 12 months is a significant accomplishment, not only was it on time but it has resulted in an expanded offering for our customers and new revenue streams. From day one, our priority was to bring together the strengths of both businesses while maintaining our focus on safety, operational excellence and customer service. Today, we are a stronger business, better positioned to support our airline and airport partners as we continue to grow where our customers need us.”
As the business enters its next phase of growth, Menzies Aviation has deepened its Americas leadership structure. Earlier this year, Tomeu Mas was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, North America Ground Services, with responsibility for the combined ground services business across the United States and Canada. Roger Zebroski, who played a key role in the successful integration as a former G2 leader, was appointed Chief Commercial Officer Americas. Together with the wider leadership team, he will help drive growth, strengthen customer relationships and support the continued development of Menzies’ service offering.
