What we do
Agility Global supports Oiada International and its training programs in Ghana, equipping young people with the skills to succeed in a fast-growing economy.
Through free programs at the Agility Logistics Park in Tema, youth receive hands-on training in areas such as electrician apprenticeships, technology, brickmaking and construction, and soft skills for career development—preparing them to join the workforce or launch their own businesses.
Beyond Ghana, we have also connected students in Brazil and Turkey with Agility leaders worldwide, giving them exposure to sustainability and supply chain issues from diverse cultural perspectives.

Oiada International is dedicated to providing educational programs and services that empower students around the world. In addition to providing skills development training in Ghana, Oiada empowers youth around the world to become 21st century global citizens through programs made accessible via videoconference.
