A NIN and ADX Account is Required for Receipt and Trading of Shares

Shareholders of Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP (Agility) will receive 2 shares in Agility Global PLC for every share they hold in Agility as of the record date April 18, 2024. Shareholders will need an Abu Dhabi National Investment Number (NIN) and ADX trading account in order to receive and trade their shares in Agility Global.
