Vision for Responsible Aviation Growth
We believe air transport accelerates economic growth by generating trade, tourism and jobs. It connects the world and helps build prosperity. If aviation were a country, it would be the 17th largest economy in the world. That’s why our goal is to expand Menzies Aviation’s footprint responsibly and sustainably.
Strategic Acquisition: Menzies Aviation and NAS Unite
Agility acquired Menzies Aviation in 2022 as the global aviation industry was reeling from its largest shock since World War II. The COVID pandemic that began in 2020 devastated every part of the aviation value chain except air cargo and triggered a 66% drop in global revenue passenger kilometers.
Accelerated Growth
Following three years of accelerated growth, Menzies Aviation experienced a record-breaking year in 2024. It served more flights (4.8m), handled more cargo (2.4m tonnes) and operated in more airports (300) and countries (65) than ever before.
Menzies Doubles Size of U.S. Airport Footprint
In 2025, Menzies Aviation doubled the size of its U.S. footprint to 110 locations with the $305 million acquisition of G2 Secure Staff. The transaction positioned Menzies Aviation as a leader in the world’s largest aviation market, expanding its presence at the world’s busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), and major airline hubs such as Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Denver International Airport (DEN). The deal allows Menzies Aviation to meet U.S. customers’ demand for capacity growth, digital transformation and expanded services.
