Our History

Agility was listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in 2024, but its leadership brings a decades-long track record of building and managing assets that drive growth and reshape markets.

Our portfolio reflects this history:

  • Our logistics parks business grew from operations in a single country into the largest private industrial real estate platform in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Our aviation services business expanded from a single airport operation to become the world’s largest aviation services provider.
  • Our energy logistics business scaled from three used trucks into a $1 billion global enterprise.
  • Our largest investment, in DSV—the world’s leading logistics company—stems from our team’s leadership history of building a logistics network across 120 countries. That logistics business was sold to DSV in a landmark all-shares transaction. Today, Agility is one of DSV’s largest shareholders globally.

Understanding our portfolio means understanding the history behind our businesses—and the leadership that built them.
