Establishing proper warehousing storage and management yields higher sales

A global consumer goods company with operations in Kenya was constantly running short of products to fulfill orders. Its biggest challenge was proper storage and adequate warehouse management, and this was complicated by directives from the head office that required varied stock levels (1, 2 or 6 month supplies) to be maintained. Agility put things right with adequate, secure warehousing space of 8,000sqm for product storage, and we trained the customer’s staff in basic warehouse operations, record keeping and inventory planning. Now, in its warehouses managed by Agility, the company and its customers no longer experience delivery delays and product shortages. This translates to improved sales.
