Riyadh Development Company was established by Royal Decree No. (M/2) on 09/02/1414H as a Saudi joint-stock company, with a visionary approach from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, during his tenure as the leader of the Riyadh Region. The goal was to develop the area surrounding the Qasr Alhokm. Since its inception, the company has focused on real estate development and development management. This has included the development of integrated residential communities, as well as the establishment, operation, and expanded into management of public good service projects to enhance the capital. The company launched its “Invest for Growth” strategy to double down on priority real estate development sectors that includes residential, offices, logistics and educational developments in addition to its long-standing experience in infrastructure development. The company has successfully created and managed several development and service projects that serve over 2,000 clients and tenants, and more than 20 million citizens and residents, employing over 150 qualified national staff members.
