Since 2006, Agility has supported LOYAC’s employment and entrepreneurial skills development program, aimed at high-school and university-aged students. LOYAC teaches students how to put together ideas for new products and services, and then simulate going from idea to a viable business or entrepreneurship. Students learn about different business requirements and functions, such as capital management, finance, product development, communications, marketing and sales.
Most recently Agility has supported the LOYAC KON and KONTINUE programs, that specialize on entrepreneurial skills development. The curriculum for these programs is developed by Babson College in the United States. The KON program focuses on middle and high-school aged kids, whereas the KONTINUE program focuses on university aged young adults. The LOYAC programs also include opportunities for community volunteers who guide and mentor students during the training.
Since 2006, our contributions and support of LOYAC have directly benefitted close to 500 students in Kuwait.
