Since 2007, Agility has supported Injaz Kuwait’s mission to provide kids with employment and entrepreneurial skills development. We do this in several ways, including:
- Mentorship: Agility volunteers collaborate with Injaz to provide skills development to students attending Kuwaiti schools. We sponsor 5 programs: Innovation Camps, Entrepreneurship Masterclass, It’s My Business, Steer Your Career, and Job-Shadow. Led by volunteer mentors, these programs teach students how to come up with ideas for products/services, and then go from idea to viable business. Students learn about different business requirements and functions, such as capital management, finance, product development, communications, and marketing and sales. Agility employees have volunteered as mentors.
- Internships: Agility has hosted university-age student interns through Injaz’s internship program. Interns work in different departments at Agility to learn about the professional environment and different business functions.
Since 2007, our contributions and support of Injaz have directly benefitted thousands of students in Kuwait.
