| Material Information | Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP would like to announce that its 51% owned subsidiary, Agility Global PLC, listed on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange has issued its financial results for the full year 2024 reporting a USD 4.5 billion in revenues and USD 127.5 million as net profit for equity holders.
Agility Global PLC board also approved the recommendation to the general assembly to distribute AED 0.023 per share for a total of AED 239.6 million, equivalent to approximately USD 65 million, as cash dividends for the year 2024. This will bring the total cash dividends for 2024 to $130 million. |
| Impact of the material information on the financial position of the company | Agility Global PLC results will be consolidated with Agility Public warehousing Company’s financials which will be disclosed after the board approves it. |
