Reference to the above mentioned subject and based on the resolution of the Annual General Assembly meeting for Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C.P, that was held on the 26th of May 2016, to distribute 30% cash dividends (30 fils for every share) for the shareholders who are registered on the company’s shareholders’ record on the day of the General Assembly, please be informed that the distribution of the above mentioned dividends will start on Thursday June 9th, 2016.
