GCS builds and operates single-window facilities that follow standard, core reforms based on international best practices for a GCC country. This model reduces paper bureaucracy, saves time, improves coordination between government departments, and boosts revenue collection. The model enhances customs compliance through modern tools, better targeting, and risk management. It allows government stakeholders to be more responsive and client-focused while complying with provisions in key agreements such as the WTO customs valuation agreement, regional and international trade agreements and the revised Kyoto convention.
