GCS uses a data-driven approach to enhance terminal throughput, minimize delays, reduce operational costs, and optimize workforce training. Safety improvements, congestion reduction, and resource savings are also key operational priorities.

The terminal offers a full suite of container handling services, including stevedoring and transportation. It provides last-mile container transfer with comprehensive planning systems. All vessel loads and discharges are coordinated through advanced planning systems integrated with GTAP (Terminal Operating System) modules, ensuring efficient container movement by skilled operators and stevedoring staff.

GCS is capable of handling over 1,300 TEUs per day and has managed more than 1,290 vessels since 2019, moving over 1.5 million TEUs to date.
