| Material Information | Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP would like to announce that its 51% owned subsidiary, Agility Global PLC, listed on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange has issued its financial results for the third quarter of 2024 reporting a USD 1.2 billion in revenues and USD 37.1 million Net profit for equity holders.
The Board has also approved the distribution of AED 0.023 per share (for a total of AED 239.6 million, equivalent to approximately USD 65 million) as interim cash dividends for the shareholders registered on the company’s register on November 21st, 2024. |
