Since 2022, Agility has partnered with CODED to provide university students with software development skills training, including development of mobile apps, games, and web apps, via its “UniCODE” training program.
In 2023 Agility also sponsored the Kuwait Codes program, which provides software development training in mobile apps, games, and flutter to high school students. In this program Agility also sponsored the Technology Leaders program for girls, which trains female participants in the Kuwait Codes program. Technology Leaders provides leadership, empowerment, and career development information to girls in the Kuwait Codes training program. In 2023, 112 girls, received additional training via the Technology Leaders program, contributing to the highest ever girls’ completion rate for the Kuwait Codes program.
