Reference to what was mentioned in the local news, Agility would like to address a comment circulated in the news in the UK this morning that one of its subsidiaries, National Aviation Services (NAS) has submitted an offer to acquire the entire issued share capital of Menzies, an airport services provider listed in the UK. The offer was rejected by the Menzies board of directors on the basis that it undervalues the company. NAS has an option to make a revised offer by March 9, 2022.
