John Deere – Distribution Center – India

One of the world’s leading farm-equipment manufacturers wanted a Nagpur, India distribution center that would keep costs down and use sustainable design features without compromising quality.
Agility Logistics Parks built the center using locally sourced Fly Ash bricks, an inexpensive coal-generation waste byproduct in India. The world-class structure stretches 10m high and has 16m minimum column spacing for extra-efficient storage. Rainwater harvesting, special insulation, skylights and roofing materials, solar power generation, LED lights and other features cut energy costs and water usage.
