| Development on previous disclosure | Reference to our previous disclosure dated 14 June 2020 regarding the investment project in Sabah Al Ahmed City (S2), please note as a continuation of the process a Public Private Partnership Agreement has been signed between: S2 for Real Estate and Development Company – a fully owned subsidiary of Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C.P. – and Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW). The agreement provides for the development of over a 1.2 million sqm of land as industrial and storage zones plus labor camp located in Sabah Al Ahmed area for a period of 30 years, starting from the date of the commercial operations of the project. |
